Not summer until you enjoy a popsicle......ahhhhhh

Cole bought me these really tasty fruit popsicles. Finn kept looking at me with his big blue eyes begging for a lick.  So I caved.  What can I say, he melts my heart with those sad eyes like his dad. :) He loved it! Of course he did, it was full of sugar haha  He wouldn't give it back to me.  He wanted to gobble up the entire thing!  He is getting his little attitude.  If you take something away that he is not finished up he throws a little fit.  Like he doing right now because I won't let him type on the computer.  I know I am a mean mean mama haha K gotta go

Gotta ya!

Finn usually takes a nap in the living room with me.  Our little place is so poorly insulated that we are paying $100 a month for our power!!!! RIDICULOUS! So I have been confining myself to one room and keeping the ceiling fan and a power fan on us at all times.  It hasn't lowered our bill yet....as soon as Cole walks in the A/C goes on and I freeze because I have gotten myself used to the heat. haha  But we are still trying.  I put this little starfish moblie out there and Finn goes right to sleep.  Not today. I walked into the bedroom to finish cleaning up and went back to check on him.  Finn was propped up and playing away! Little stink.  So I decided to catch him trying to figure out how to get his star instead of get him to sleep.  He is growing up so fast.  I was talking to Beau Dee the other day and we were talking about how big the kidos are getting.  She said how she doesn't want Dylan to walk on his own and I can't wait for Finn to start crawling.  She said that with your first you almost push them to get to that next achievement, but with your second and now her third she wants to push them down and not let them grow up.  haha I think that is so true.  I am so excited to see how fast he learns, but once he isn't my "baby" anymore and we have another little one I won't want the moments to go by so quickly. I had a video of Finn reaching and moving his feet to try to get the star, but it won't load! Rats.  He feel asleep a few mins later. :) He is such a sweet boy!

Finn is 4 months!!

Time flies when you have an adorable little person in your life.  Finn went to his pediatrician for his 4 month checkup.  She says he is right on track.  He weighs 13.6 and is 25in.  We have started to give him some real food.  He eats rice cereal, prunes and mashed potatoes.  We cooked the potato  and then mashed it up.  his face was so funny.  He doesn't like it at first, but he will eventually will.  We also baked some carrots so we will see how long it takes for him to like that.  The doc says that because I am nursing he doesn't really need to eat real food right now.  He gets lots of different tastes all the time. When he is 6 mos we will hit it hard :)

Night time giggles

Last night Finn was in the best mood.  I gave him a bath and then laid him on the bed.  Cole was playing with him and they were in their own little world.  Finn LOVES his daddy.  They are the best of buds.  It is so cute to watch them laugh togethger.  Cole has a great imagination and can make Finn go crazy with the giggles.

Gibber Jabber Mumbo Jumbo

I was picking up our apartment and I put Finn in his Bumbo chair so he could see me.  He was just talking away and having a ball.  I decided to video him, but I wanted to hide the camera.  Whenever he spots it he clams up. So this is what we got! I love this BOY!!!

Finn is SITTING up!!!!

Last night we sat our little guy up to see how he would do.  He usually tips to one side right away.  Not last night! He sat up for almost a min! He would lean and then I would straighten him back up and he would sit for another min.  It was so exciting.  Today at church I put him on the floor during Relief Society and he was rolling and giggling.  He started to get fussy after awhile so I sat down on the floor with him and helped him up.  He sat unassisted the rest of RS!!! He would lean a bit to onside and then he would pull himself back up.     We are so proud of our little man.  He is growing up so fast.  We are going in for his 4 month check up on Tues.  Can't wait to hear how we are doing.

Bisel Reunion

Every year the Bisel's get together for the weekend.  They go camping up on Benchcreek, where Cole's grandparents have land.  It was so much fun.  The theme this year was "A Pow Wow."  We had games and a fire circle.  Every family was in charge of a meal.  It was so nice to see this huge family being together and helping each other for 2 days. I enjoyed getting to know his cousins, aunts and uncles better.  They are truly a loving family.  Can't wait for next year's reunion.
Can you see the fawn in the middle of the ditch? It's head it poking out.

Cole had to take my truck off roading.  He misses his jeep hehe
 His cousin Paul's jeep
I have never seen a moose in the wild before.  So cool.

Our first night camping.  Finn slept pretty good.  Cole had to help his family pick up thy hay on his farm so after he left Finn snuggled up to me and we fell asleep with our noses touching!  I wish I could have gotten a pick.

We had to get the babies together again.  Dylan, Emmie, Evie, Finn and Liv.  These kidos are going to have so much fun growing up together.

Dylan ( Beau's) and Finn have so much fun.  In a few months Finn will be able to play with him instead of just  watching him.
                                                                   Cole's cousin, Paul

Finn is a stud.  He and Cole have the same side smile!
Blu and Rig rough housed the entire time.  Don't know what they will do without each other.

Sealed with a KISS

On August 4, 2011 Cole and I were married and sealed together in the Salt Lake Temple.  After we were sealed they brought Finn in and he was sealed to us for eternity.  Going through the Lord's House was truly a blessing I will never forget.  The spirit was so strong I felt like my Heavenly Father was standing beside me as I walked through his walls.  If that is any indication what heaven is like I can't wait to see my Lord and Savior again.  I am so grateful for this gospel and for my Savior.  I thank God everyday for my family and now I know what it is like to have an eternal family.  I pray Cole and I will do everything possible to stay worthy to have this blessing.
Finn was so good.  I fed him at 9:30am and then Cole and I headed to Salt Lake.  Beau Dee (Cole's sister) Watched him and then brought him to the temple before the sealing.  We didn't want him to be in the nursery all day with people he didn't know.  Beau said that he never fussed or cried.  When they got in to the nursery he was so happy.  Beau Dee Played with him and they pushed him in a stroller.  It was like he knew he was in his Heavenly Father's house and was being sealed to us forever.  When they brought him in, after Cole and I were sealed, he looked around and stared at the sealer while he bestowed all the blessing of an Eternal Family on to the three of us.  When we were done I picked up my little boy and he buried his head into my chest and closed his eyes.  He has never hugged my that tightly.  It was a wonderful feeling.  I love him and Cole so much.  Now nobody or nothing can separate us.

After the temple we went to the Olive Garden for a family dinner.  It was so much fun.  I love that place.  So many people came to support us and to celebrate our choice.
